Return & Exchange Policy

The Company promises to accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: Goods may be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the actual date you receive the goods):

  1. The product itself has quality defects.

  2. The product is damaged during transportation.

  3. The wrong goods are delivered (the product does not match the ordered item), and the goods can be returned or exchanged without affecting secondary sales.

The 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply to the following situations:

  1. Customized products.

  2. Products that have been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).

  3. Products with worn functional parts, accessories, or appearance.

  4. Goods with lost or severely damaged outer packaging (excluding normal unpacking) that would actually affect secondary sales.

  5. Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature and for which you confirmed non-returnability at the time of purchase.

  6. Other situations where the goods are not in good condition and affect secondary sales.

How to Apply for a Return/Exchange

  1. Returns/Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center, ensuring the goods are in a condition that does not affect secondary sales. The after-sales customer service will review and approve your request within 1-3 working days of receiving the email. The cost of return/exchange shipping shall be borne by you.

  2. Returns/Exchanges for Quality Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center at service@mail.grymaxi.com. The customer service will review and approve your application within 1-3 working days of receiving the email. The cost of return/exchange shipping shall be borne by the Company.

  3. Return Process: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return. After the courier company receives the returned goods, they will notify us of the relevant refund details. The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
