If you are unable to collect the goods in person, please entrust someone else to do so and ensure they follow the above inspection requirements. The courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the designated address. Any person at the address (e.g., a receptionist) may sign for the goods, and the courier does not guarantee delivery to a specific individual.
For risk management reasons, your order cannot be modified after payment confirmation. Please ensure you provide the correct address and phone number when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
From now on, undelivered orders due to insufficient information will be held by the distributor for 5 days. The Company will notify you via email; please reply to the email or contact customer service within this period. If no reply is received within 5 days, the Company will arrange to return the goods to the warehouse and process a refund. We appreciate your understanding.
